Join us for this six part series in Anger Management. Dates are:
Sept. 11, 14, 18, 21, Oct. 3 and 4
Awareness: Recognizing specific thoughts, feelings and behaviors which can exacerbate feelings of anger and lead to aggressive behavior.
Coping Strategies: Once aware a person can acquire and use coping strategies to prevent or reduce their aggressive behavior. Coping strategies include challenging thoughts, reducing physical arousal and modifying behavior.
Lifestyle: General lifestyle changes develop, resulting in an ability to think and therefore act more positively
